Responsibilities
Operate fixed-wing drones.
Utilize racing drone expertise for dynamic, high-speed operations in complex environments.
Ensure compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations and safety protocols.
Perform pre-flight checks, mission planning, and post-flight data analysis.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
Qualifications
FAA Part 107 Certification (required).
Proven experience with fixed-wing drone systems and FPV/racing drones.
Strong understanding of flight dynamics, telemetry, and troubleshooting.
Understanding of radar systems and flight operations in a GPS-denied environment.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to evolving mission requirements.

Position Overview
We are seeking talented and motivated RF Engineers and RF Technologists to join our dynamic engineering team. At ARC Aerospace, the RF Engineer/Technologist is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and optimizing RF systems and components. RF Engineer/Technologist works on cutting-edge communication technologies and contributes to innovative solutions in wireless communication, radar, and signal processing.
Qualifications
Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field. Military experience, as well as significant experience in related technical work, can replace degree requirements.
Proficiency in RF simulation and measurement tools.
Strong understanding of RF propagation, impedance matching, and signal integrity.
Experience with wireless communication standards.
Experience with PCB layout for RF circuits.
Familiarity with software-defined radio (SDR) platforms.
Preferred Qualifications | Military Experience
Served as a communications or signal specialist in the U.S. Army, with direct responsibility for mission-critical RF systems.
Trained in field deployment, maintenance, and operation of tactical RF communication networks under high-pressure environments.
Experienced in Electronic Warfare (EW), COMSEC procedures, and frequency deconfliction in joint operations
Army Signal Corps training or equivalent MOS (e.g., 25U, 25S, 94E).
Security Clearance (Active or previously held – Secret/Top Secret).
Additional certifications: CompTIA Security+, FCC GROL, or Certified RF Engineer (CRE) preferred.
