Job Title: Aerospace Engineer
Location: Mentor, Ohio
Duration: Full Time
Compensation: $30/hr.- $60/hr.

Position Overview
We are seeking highly motivated Aerospace Engineers with strong expertise in Design Engineering and Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) to support the development, analysis, and optimization of advanced aerospace systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in concept development through production, applying analytical and hands-on engineering skills to deliver innovative, reliable, and high-performance aerospace solutions.
Qualifications
Experience with multi-physics simulations and advanced analysis techniques
Knowledge of GD&T and design for manufacturability (DFM) principles
Experience in a CUI-driven engineering environment
Preferred Qualifications
Background in Digital Engineering
Background in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)

Position Overview
We are seeking highly motivated Electronics Engineers to join our hypersonics and attritable autonomous systems technology development team. The ideal candidate will have solid electronics design expertise to support our Flight Computer Product Line. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy next-generation hardware solutions.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in analog and digital electronics
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, and MATLAB
Hands‑on experience with embedded systems, microcontrollers, and FPGAs
Knowledge of signal processing, sensors, and data analysis
Experience in a CUI-driven engineering environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning concepts
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, and MATLAB
