Job Title: Senior Financial & Administrative Officer
Location: El Paso, Texas
Duration: Full Time

Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Financial & Administrative Officer to lead ARC Aerospace's financial management and administrative operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the ideal candidate will oversee budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, procurement, and day-to-day business administration, ensuring the financial discipline and operational infrastructure needed to support the rapid growth of a pioneering aerospace and defense technology company.

Qualifications
•      Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
•      5+ years of progressive experience in financial management and administrative operations
•      Budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
•      Full-cycle accounting: payroll, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and month-end close
•      Procurement, vendor management, and contract administration
•      Proficiency with accounting/ERP platforms and advanced Excel
•      Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
•      CPA, CMA, or MBA
•      Experience in government/defense contracting environments (FAR/DFARS, DCAA audit readiness, cost accounting)
•      Experience in a startup or high-growth advanced manufacturing environment
•      Human resources administration and benefits management experience

We are seeking an Electronics Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and integration of electronic systems for robotics, automation, and advanced technology projects.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Software Engineer to support the development of software solutions for robotics, automation, embedded systems, and AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong programming skills, experience working in Linux environments, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Qualifications

  • Solid Python programming skills

  • Familiarity with Linux development environments

  • Ability to read, understand, and modify large codebases

  • Comfort reading technical documentation and research code

  • Willingness to work with embedded systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience or interest in lower-level systems programming (C, C++, Rust, or similar

  • Familiarity with how compiled code is built and executed (build systems, linking, toolchains)

  • Computer vision experience (OpenCV, SLAM, camera calibration, etc.)

  • Experience developing AI/ML models or pipelines

  • Experience working with sensors integrated over I2C, SPI, UART, or similar interfaces

  • Some background in robotics, control, or embedded systems

  • Assist with AI, computer vision, and automation projects.

We’re looking for a skilled High-Power Electronics Technologist to support the installation, testing, and maintenance of high-power electronic systems, including converters, inverters, and high-energy batteries.

Qualifications

  • Experience with high-voltage or power electronics systems

  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

  • Ability to read electrical schematics

  • Technical diploma or relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with autonomous vehicles’ electric power train.

  • Background in aerospace and defense systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair high-power electronic equipment

  • Perform system testing and preventive maintenance

  • Read schematics and technical drawings

  • Support installation and upgrades of electrical systems

We are seeking PCB Manufacturing Technologists with strong expertise in operating and monitoring PCB manufacturing equipment, such as Laser Direct Imaging (LDI) and automated assembly systems, to support ARC Aerospace’s Flight Computer Production Line. The ideal candidates will play a key role in the installation and operationalization of production equipment and instrumentation.

Qualifications

  • Experience in PCB manufacturing, electronics assembly, or semiconductor manufacturing

  • Familiarity with IPC workmanship standards (IPC‑A‑600, IPC‑A‑610)

  • Vocational or technical training in electronics manufacturing
